Leen's Antiques & Furniture ("Leen's", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. What information we hold.

Enquiry and purchase data: When you contact us or make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, and correspondence history. This is required to fulfil your order or respond to your enquiry.

Newsletter subscribers: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we hold your email address and the date of subscription. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying with "Unsubscribe" or using the link in any newsletter.

Payment data: We do not store credit card or banking details on our systems. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. We retain only the transaction reference and amount.

Website analytics: We collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, browser type) to understand how the site is used. This data is not linked to individuals and is not shared with third parties for advertising.

How We Use It

Purpose of processing.

We use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Responding to enquiries and fulfilling purchases
  • Arranging delivery and managing freight documentation
  • Sending our newsletter (only to subscribers)
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations

Retention

How long we keep your data.

Purchase and transaction records are retained for seven years in accordance with Indian taxation law and GDPR requirements for contractual obligations. Enquiry correspondence is retained for three years. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
